BREZOTUS typically contains Amlodipine (5 mg or 10 mg) and Telmisartan (40 mg or 80 mg). Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that blocks the action of angiotensin II, a substance that tightens blood vessels.
